Beef Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients for Mince Filling:


  • 4 tbsp Rafhan corn oil
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 large sized onion (chopped)
  • 1 kg beef mince
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 4 medium tomatoes ( for tomato puree)
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • Fresh coriander (As needed)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves (As needed)

Ingredients for Lasagna Sheets:

  • Water (As needed)
  • 2 tbsp Rafhan Corn oil
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 12 lasagna sheets

Ingredients for white sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt/according to taste

Ingredients for Assembling:

  • ¾ cup pasta sauce
  • Boiled Lasagna sheets
  • Mince Filling (Already prepared)
  • White sauce (Already prepared)
  • 2 cups cheddar & mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 black olives
  • Bell peppers (As needed)

Directions for Mince Filling:

  1. Take a cooking, pan, then add rafhan corn oil, garlic, onion, beef mince, salt, red chili powder, fennel seeds, garlic powder, black peppers, red chili
  2. flakes, tomato puree, tomato paste, green coriander, oregano, basil leaves (crushed)
  3. Cook it for 18-20 minutes, Mince filling is ready

Directions for Boiling Lasagna Sheets:

  1. Add water in a cooking pan
  2. Then add Rafhan corn oil, salt, lasagna sheets and boil
  3. Boiled Lasagna sheets are ready

Directions for white sauce:

  1. Add butter and Maids in a cooking pan
  2. Cook for a while then add milk, black pepper powder, salt
  3. Cook it well
  4. White sauce is ready


Directions for Assembling:

  1. Take a square shape bowl
  2. Apply pasta sauce with the help of a brush
  3. Put boiled lasagna sheets inside this bowl
  4. Apply pasta sauce on these boiled lasagna sheets
  5. Spread the mince filling & pour the white sauce on this mince filling
  6. Spread cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
  7. Cover it with boiled pasta sheets and repeat the process by adding mince filling, white sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese.
  8. Spread some black olives & Bell peppers as for completing decoration
  9. Beef lasagna is ready
  10. Now bake 10-12 minutes at 190°C

Chicken White Karahi Recipe

Ingredients 


  • 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 500g Chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp green chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder


Direction:

  1. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, chicken and cook for a while
  2. Now, add salt, ginger garlic paste and cook for a while
  3. Now add, garam masala, black pepper, green chili, coriander powder and cook for a while
  4. Now add, yogurt and cook for 4-5 minutes
  5. After that, add cream and mix it well then add cumin powder and cook for 1-2 minutes

Stir Fry Chicken with Vegetables

330gm K&N's Chicken Tempura


  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into pieces (Boiled)
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 large bell pepper (Diced cut)
  • 1/2 cup carrot ( cut)
  • 1/2 tablespoons cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 K&N's Stok
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1/2 Onions (Diced cut)
  • 2 green onions chooped


Prepare K&N's Chicken Tempura as per the instruction on the pack.

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; cook and stir carrot, broccoli and peas for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add ½ cup of water and K&N’s stok cube and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Transfer vegetables and sauce to a large bowl.
  2. Take a pan, add oil over medium-high heat stir in garlic, onion, bell pepper for 1 to 2 minutes then add stir vegetables (step 2). Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup , vinegar and prepared K&N’s Chicken Tempura, and stir for another minute. Sprinkle with green onions.

Chicken White Karahi Recipe

Ingredients 


  • 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 500g Chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 tbsp green chili
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup cream

Shahi Tukray Recipe

Ingredients for frying bread slices:


  • Rafhan Corn Oil (As required)
  • 4 Bread Slices


Ingredients for Milk Mixture:

  • 1 liter milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Rafhan Vanilla Custard (mixed with milk)
  • ¼ tsp saffron
  • 1 cup cream

Ingredients for Shahi Tukray:

  • Milk mixture (already prepared)
  • Fried bread slices (As required)

Directions for Frying bread slices:

  1. Add Rafhan corn oil in a pan
  2. Now add 4 bread slices and fry until they changed into golden brown (you can increase the quantity of bread slices according to your need)
  3. Fried bread slices are ready for making shahi tukray

Directions for Milk Mixture :

  1. Take a cooking pan
  2. Then add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk in this pan
  3. Add rafhan vanilla custard (mixed in milk) gradually & keep stirring
  4. Add saffron & cream
  5. Milk mixture is ready
  6. Directions for Shahi Tukray:
  7. Spread the prepared milk mixture on fried bread slices
  8. Add topping with the help of crushed dry fruits & some rose petals
  9. Sweet Shahi tukray are ready to serve

Fire Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Marination:


  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1 & ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 & ½ tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey


Ingredients for Fire Chicken:

  • 2 tbsp Rafhan corn oil
  • ½ kg marinated chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Spring onions (chopped)

Directions for Marination:

  1. Take a bowl, then add boneless chicken, garlic, red chili powder, black pepper powder, tomato paste, red chili flakes, white pepper powder, ginger, Salt,
  2. chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, & mix well
  3. Rest for 25-30 minutes

Directions for Fire Chicken:

  1. Add Rafhan Corn oil in a pan
  2. Then add boneless marinated chicken
  3. Add water & cook for 7-8 minutes
  4. Spread mozzarella cheese, cook until cheese melts
  5. In last, spread some green onions
  6. Fire chicken is ready
  7. Serve with Naan/chapaati/rice etc

Mutton Biryani Recipe

Ingredients for Rice:


  • 700 gm Guard Supreme Basmati Rice
  • Water (As Needed)

Ingredients for onion paste:

  • 12-15 pieces Almonds
  • 1 cup Fried Onions
  • Water (As needed)

Ingredients for Marination:

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 & ½ tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup yogurt

Ingredients for boiling Rice:

  • Water (As needed)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Whole spices
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • 700 gm guard supreme rice (Already soaked)

Ingredients for Mutton:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Marinated Mutton (already prepared)
  • 1 tbsp whole spices
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • Prepared Onion Paste
  • 1 Large Tomato (chopped)
  • ½ cup water

Ingredients for Assembling: 

  • cooked mutton
  • Guard supreme rice
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tsp kewra water
  • 1 tsp yellow food color
  • 1 tsp saffron milk
  • Salad, raita (Optional & as needed)

Directions for Rice:

  1. Add water in a bowl, soak the rice in this water for 22-25 minutes
  2. Set aside

Directions for Onion Paste:

  1. Combine the Almonds, fried onions, water, in a blender mixer & blend it well until you’ll got a thick & smooth paste
  2. Onion paste is ready

Directions for Marination:

  1. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, yogurt in a bowl & marinate for 1 hour

Directions for boiling the Rice:

  1. Add water in a cooking pan, then add cooking oil, vinegar, whole spices, cumin, guard supreme basmati rice, & boil until the water absorbed

Directions for Mutton:

  1. Take a cooking pan, then add oil & marinated mutton
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes
  3. Then add garam masala, cumin, onion paste, chopped tomato, water & cook for 20-25 minutes again
  4. Mutton is ready

Assembling:

  1. Add cooked mutton in a cooking pan, then add boiled rice
  2. Spread the fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, & cooked mutton over it
  3. Cover it by spreading the rice layer over it
  4. Spread fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, again in last
  5. Now add kewra water, yellow food color, saffron milk, & cook it for 7-8 minutes
  6. Serve with raita & salad
