Shahi Tukray Recipe

Ingredients for frying bread slices:

  • Rafhan Corn Oil (As required)
  • 4 Bread Slices

Ingredients for Milk Mixture:

  • 1 liter milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Rafhan Vanilla Custard (mixed with milk)
  • ¼ tsp saffron
  • 1 cup cream

Ingredients for Shahi Tukray:

  • Milk mixture (already prepared)
  • Fried bread slices (As required)

Directions for Frying bread slices:

  1. Add Rafhan corn oil in a pan
  2. Now add 4 bread slices and fry until they changed into golden brown (you can increase the quantity of bread slices according to your need)
  3. Fried bread slices are ready for making shahi tukray

Directions for Milk Mixture :

  1. Take a cooking pan
  2. Then add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk in this pan
  3. Add rafhan vanilla custard (mixed in milk) gradually & keep stirring
  4. Add saffron & cream
  5. Milk mixture is ready
  6. Directions for Shahi Tukray:
  7. Spread the prepared milk mixture on fried bread slices
  8. Add topping with the help of crushed dry fruits & some rose petals
  9. Sweet Shahi tukray are ready to serve
